By accessing or using the Spy Nation platform, available at spynation.com.br and app.spynation.com.br, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any provision, do not use our services. Continued use after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

Spy Nation is a private competitive intelligence platform focused on the app marketing space. The service includes:

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who violate these conditions, without prior notice and without refund in the event of a proven violation.

Creation and accuracy

You can create an account with email + password or via Google authentication. When you create your account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Credential security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately in the event of unauthorized access. We are not liable for damages resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

One account per person

Each individual or business may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited and subject to immediate cancellation.

Personal and non-transferable access

Access to the platform is strictly personal. Sharing credentials with third parties constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Available plans

Processing

All payments are processed by our billing partner, following the highest security standards. We do not store credit card data.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each period, unless canceled before the renewal date.

Payment failure

In the event of a billing failure, we will retry for up to 3 days. After this period, access will be suspended until the issue is resolved.

Price changes

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Active subscriptions will be maintained until the end of the period already paid for.

Cancellation by the user

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing suporte@spynation.com.br. Cancellation stops automatic renewal; access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.

7-day guarantee

We offer a full refund within the first 7 days after your first subscription, with no need to provide a reason. To request one, email us with the subject line "Refund — [your email]".

After 7 days

Outside the guarantee period, there is no prorated refund for unused periods, except where expressly required by applicable consumer protection law.

Cancellation by Spy Nation

We may cancel your account with 15 days' notice (except in the event of a violation of the Terms), offering a refund prorated to the unused period.

The platform is intended exclusively for legitimate professional market intelligence use. You agree to use it in an ethical, legal, and responsible manner, respecting the rights of third parties and applicable laws.

The platform's content is provided for educational and market research purposes. You are responsible for how you apply the information obtained.

It is expressly prohibited to use Spy Nation to:

Platform content

All data, analyses, interfaces, text, graphics, and other elements of Spy Nation are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors, protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the platform solely for your legitimate professional purposes, for the duration of your subscription.

Your content

Data you enter into the platform (notes, favorites, settings) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process it solely for the provision of the contracted service.

We strive to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The following may occur:

The information available is for market intelligence and research purposes. Business decisions are entirely your responsibility.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at spynation.com.br/privacy, which is an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

We may change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will provide at least 15 days' notice by email and/or a notice within the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of São Paulo/SP are designated for the resolution of disputes, waiving any other. Before any legal action, we commit to seeking an amicable resolution within 30 days of notification of the dispute.
